Toner powder from different suppliers are not same for production process and material, mixture using toner from different suppliers may cause problems. Please clean the toner cartridge, drum unit, developer unit completely to remove the residue toner before refill our toner.

Before refill, shake the bag to make the toner get loose inside. Do not leave any solid parts in the bag. After refill, seal the bag cover to avoid moisture.
