Trouble Shooting

The printheads are remanufactured, it is possible that the printer shows “NO INK” or “EMPTY” and the ink indication lights blink on printer. Ignore it and press “OK” to continue printing.

When the printer shows “ERROR E4” or “NOT RECOGNIZE” it is possible that the printheads are not installed in position, or the chip is dirty and not good contacted with printer.

Please clean the chip (contact point) with eraser or alcohol cotton swab, also clean the contact point on the printer. Install the cartridges again.

Press “Stop/Reset” botton on the printer for 5 seconds and the printer should reset information. If not work or your printer does not have this button, cut off the power of printer for 3 minutes and restart, the head should be recognized.

Contact us if the problem still exist after you tried 2-3 times of the above efforts.

Shipping Method

Products with ink or toner powder are regarded as Dangerous Cargo by many shipping agencies so cost high and shipping time long, limited for destinations. We always seek for safe and reliable shipping ways. Our usual shipping method include but not limited for Singapore Post, EMS, DHL, UPS, China Post, TNT, Fedex and more.

We will be also glad to co-operate with buyers' shipping agencies and provide them with correct information on time.

Remote Area charges

There could be remote area charges if buyer choose shipping method as DHL, TNT or Fedex. Buyer need to pay for this additional fees or goto nearby collection point to pick his/her package.
