Xinying Technology solved the problem of firmware upgrade for CF500/510 series
2022-10-20, HP released the new firmware for CF500 series, firmware No. 20221010 20221018. This caused compatible chips showing ERRO on machines with new firmware, see the ERRO bellow. Similar printers for Canon not affected.

XinYing Technology solved the problem of firmware upgrade for IM C toner
In September 2022, Ricoh upgraded frimware for IM C toner . The upgraded machines would cause erro warrning for existing toner cartridges, shown "Not original toner". and unable to show the remained toner powder with ? (as shown below). The machine can still print, and other machines not for IM C series are not affected.
